Progressive Insurance

This has to be the worst money hungry grabbers in American Insurance business. First I bought the auto policy a month in advance, paid 6 months of coverage a month before it was issued. Then about 2 weeks after a female rep calls me to inform me that I have 2 extra people living in my house. They happen to be my brother & mother in law. My BIL has his own vehicle and insurance policy and when asked to provide proof that his vehicle was insured, I complied and gave the AAA broker his policy. The outcome was that the insurance company billed me an extra $142.00 for the privilege of having them tell me that they are excluded from my policy and would not be covered if they drove my vehicle. my MIL is 91 yrs old and can barely walk, never mind drive, these numbnuts did not understand the lady never had a drivers license in her lifetime. I also sold my 2nd vehicle on the 14th of October and I'm still awaiting a refund. Today is 10/31/2016 Never again will I do business with these avaricious blood suckers. They are spending too much money on their TV ads and we are paying the premium. I made a mistake by not checking out this website, I guess I'm not the only one with a complaint.
