I bought a Bluetooth headset for the 900, 850, and 800 models. Within one year, they all broke. I sent in the 900, and since the rubber on the back was cracked, they claimed it was due to abuse and refused to do anything—even though it was only three weeks old. I liked the product and thought it was just a flaw, so I bought another one. Well, that one only spoke Chinese. Then I had the 850. I was just speaking with someone in customer service, and they told me it was a counterfeit from Amazon. I guess I should sue Amazon. Now the copy I sent them is not clear. What a bunch of nonsense. I will never use or buy from them again. I will never buy anything from this company again. I am the founder of a company on the internet, and I believe others should know about this company and their customer service. They are as bad as Comcast!
