I am a caregiver for two patients: one a cancer patient and the other a man with severe emotional and post-traumatic stress disorder. I had a bad experience with your employees on 1/04/2013 when I shipped out two phones from your 204 W Cummings Park, Woburn, MA site. The young woman I dealt with was very unprofessional. She refused to identify herself and even removed her name tag. Her name was Ms. Molly B. From there, the service got even worse. After paying $38.32, I was not informed correctly despite making numerous calls and being lied to or misinformed by your telephone representatives. The tracking number for my package was 2822005d53400456. I spoke to a Ms. Shan at 5:32 PM, who informed me that a delivery attempt had been made, but the driver claimed I had moved. I told her that no truck had been here. She assured me another attempt would be made and I even gave her my private number for the driver to call. At 8:10 PM, I spoke to Ms. Biaen, who told me they closed at 8:00 PM, even though your recorded message states 24-hour pickup and delivery. I then asked to speak with a manager, who identified herself as Priscilla. During this time, someone finally knocked on my door with my package, which was delivered by PrimeTime Express.
