This is to notify you that I will be gathering the names of other dissatisfied customers and other disabled Veterans whom you have cheated and wreaked havoc on their credit scores as you have mine. You installed your service, and I had you remove your service within three days because of the destruction your installer made to my defined color wall. This was completely unnecessary as your own installer admitted to me. Now you have the unmitigated gaul to charge me 56.00 for this cancelation, which took place within your seven-day policy. Perhaps, you are not aware that under Florida law a client has rights to cancel for up to 30 days. Now, it seems that you have set about ruining my credit score with your attempt to collect this illegal bill. I will give you ten days to clear my name with all three bureaus or I will sue you for damages. I don’t believe you want a class action suit against what has been termed one of the three most hated companies in the USA.
