I have spent one month trying to get my mother's phone number changed to her new home. No one can explain why this has not happened but promises and gives me a date. The date will pass and I start again. Today I have spent 4 hours talking to cox representatives and guess what no one knows why or when this will happen. My mother is 90 years old and has sitters. It is extremely confusing to her to change her number. I have been a loyal customer of cox for years and I will be cancelling not only my mother's phone but mine also. Just sorry I waited a month to do this.
